What Causes Swelling In The Feet?
Three nights ago l was going to bed and it felt like l stepped on something hard but there was nothing there.. So woke up next morning to a swollen foot and the caladis or the back of my foot just above the heel is sticking out like a really big blister but no blister and can not lift up on my toes. It is like l have no control on my tippy to3s... My toes on that foot will not let me stand on my toes like I am reaching high up for something. My foot is swollen for 3 days now. What could of cause this?
