What Causes Swelling In The Hands After Taking An Anti-epileptic Drug?

MY DAD HAD A REACTION TO SOME MEDICINE, NOT SURE WHAT IT IS CALL SOMETHING FOR SIEZIRES, HE S HANDS, FEET, LEGS POSSIBLE STOMACH STARTED SWELLING, OVER THE PHHONE TWO WEEKS AGO, TOOK HIM OFF THE NEDICINE IT LOOK AS IF HE WAS GETTING BETTER BUT SEEING HIM YESTERDAY HE IS NOT, HE IS UNABLE TO USE HIS SWOLLEN HANDS AND WALKING SEEMS TO BE VERY SLOW.

It could be an allergic reaction.

As of now you can take antihistamines like cetirizine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
