What Causes Swelling In The Head While Suffering From Sjogren S Syndrome?

I have had sjogrens for several years and take meds for it but I now have new symptoms that I wonder if its related to the sjogrens. I have swelling on both sides of my head. It is located right above my ears. In fact my glasses have made dents in the swelling. I have not had any heard trama, ear infections or dental problems. This swelling makes it feel like I have my head stuck in a vice. The swelling has been going on for about three weeks and is just getting larger. Are there glands in that part of your head. I would appreciate any information. You should say in the beginning that you have tp pay to get an answer.

it is an autoimune disorder. the swelling may be involvement of lymph node involvment . it requeres local examination by doctor for proper diagnosis so that treatment can be recomanded.
