Hi! Im 24 male. 3 weeks ago i had a pilonidal cyst excision w/ drain. It went all well & extracted my stitches 10 days ago & wound is healing well . No pain or redness. A week ago my inguinal lymph nodes got swollen on both sides. The doctor prescibed antibiotic & they are gone but feel bad pain in my spine moving sometimes up & sometime down. Dont know what caused the inguinal adenopathy & now the pain in my spine. Please help!
You should complete your antibiotics treatment. If it doesn't respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable.

Hi,dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have enlarged inguinal lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia of lymphnode. Which is most common cause. Other cause are tuberculosis, lymphoma, metastatic carcinoma and many more. You should complete your antibiotics treatment. If it doesn t respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable.
