What Causes Swelling In The Large Bone Of The Ankle?
question: my large bone on my ankle swells at times and what is the reason its just the bone , I don t remember bumping into anything or falling on my leg and on a low salt diet also and worries me some I just started this 1/4 salt intake a few weeks ago because of this bone swelling ,...thank you.

Swelling in ankle could be due to trauma causing soft tissue swelling. I suggest you to get X-ray of foot to look for any evidence of fracture.
