General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This looks like an allergic reaction to Jakafi or it can also be an outcome of its interactions with the other medications you took. The swelling in the legs up to the knees is indicative of developing pathology in the circulatory/lymphatic system or acute kidney failure. Stop the medications, visit ER & get physically examined & evaluated without much delay. Get treated, take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
