General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Lisinopril is used to treat high blood pressure, but also to treat heart failure and to protect renal function in diabetic persons.
According to a new study Lisinopril caused edema in 0.03% of persons who used Lisinorpil and included in that study.
So it's a rare complication.
The most common causes of bilateral legs edema is renal dysfunction or heart dysfunction so, I suggest that you should visit your doctor for further examination and to ask for laboratory analysis especially renal function tests (creatinine and blood urea) to roll out any kidney condition , and to do an echocardiography to roll out any heart condition.

Hope I answered your question
I wish you a speedy recovery
Best regards
Dr. Noor Farid
