Hello and welcome to HCM,
Development of enlarged lymph node on side of neck along with a rash on neck spreading up to your ears is suggestive of a viral infection.
Rash is commonly seen in viral infection and lymph node enlargement can also occur in viral infections.
A clinical assessment of the rash is necessary and an aspiration cytology of the lymph node is required to know the probable cause of enlargement.
Orange colored vomiting can occur due to intake of certain drugs or pigmented food items.

Thanks and take care
