What Causes Swelling In The Neck Post A Thyroid Removal Surgery?

I have a History of Barrets Escophigitis, I have had my Thyroid gland removed, and for the last several months, I have been having swelling in my neck with an extremely hoarse voice, and some difficulty swallowing! I have also had no thyroid medication for about 6 months as we recently moved, and I have not been able to get in with a new PCP

You have to do MRI imaging on your neck and chest as may be you have injured laryngeal recurrent nerve or a blood collection after your surgery...try to see a doctor at once
