What Causes Swelling In The Penile Shaft After Masturbation?

Hi I m 23 years old, 5 10, 75kg and circumcised. Was masturbating and noticed my penis swelling afterwards... It s never swollen like this and I m massively worried. The swelling is located just below the Penis head and my ballsack has become unbelievably dry. I planned to sleep and if it heals by thw morning but I just can t relax knowing my most important tool is in that kind of shape! Any idea what this is? Disease? Blood clot? Infection? Please help!!!
