What Causes Swelling In The Right Ankle?

I have a slighty swollen right ankle and a spot about the size of a dime I also have A fib.the spot is on the vein above the ankle bone on the inside of the leg. I take meds for high blood pressure and forgot to take them 2 days ago could this cause what is happening?cc

It could be a minor contusion or hematoma. Consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan. As of now you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.
