General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per the clinical co relation, any drug will not give rise to unilateral limb swelling as side effect or other issue. There sounds possibility of:

- Cellulitis of the right leg
- Lymphatic blockage
- Venous return disturbances through possible blockage.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
General and Family Physician
