What Causes Swelling In The Scrotal Sac?

My scrotal sac is kind of swelled up and reddish. A yellow fluid gets discharged from some openings in the skin. Walking or sitting is extremely painful. Also, the scrotal sac shrinks when exposed to air for some time. What could the cause be? I m 18.

This is indicative of epididimitis and this is inflammaton of one part of testicle. This is not serious unless torsion develops,but in your case it seems like there is no torsion. However,this should be treated with antibiotics for 7 days and then it will be fine.
