What Causes Swelling In The Scrotum?
good day, i observed that for about three months now my scrotum is saggy. sometimes look like swelling and saggy back mostly in the afternoon i went to hospital and some antibiotics were recommended and this has not solved the problem. what do i do? sometimes i feel this dull ache around my scrotum and becoming uncomfortable

The symptoms are consistent with conditions like epididymitis or varicocele.
However, we have to rule out possibilities like testicular tumor also.Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scrotum.
