What Causes Swelling In The Stomach?

I had hepatitis related to augementin which has left my liver damaged my ALT levels start to drop then spike again. My stomach is also swollen but not acstetis. This has now been going on for 5 months. Had MRI,CT and biopsy but the doctor is still at a loss..

I'm sure doctors have searched for other possible explanations. Of course VHC, VHB have been ruled out. Despite eliminating the antimicrobial from the equation the clinical picture doesn't seem to improve, may be a liver biopsy should be considered
