Hi, My Caput Epididymidis is swollen on my right testicle. It is painless but can occasionally be uncomfortable. It s wider and slightly bigger but noticeable enough for me. The right testicle is also slightly bigger. I have an appointment with a GP, but that isn t until next week. Any idea what this could be?
Swelling in testicle could be due to epididmytis, orchitis, varicocele. You should consult the general surgeon and do following test for diagnosis Blood: CBC, ESR, Glucose, Urine: Routine and microscopic examination, USG of scrotum and abdomen.
Meanwhile take following advises: Advice for you: Tablet ibuprufen three times a day, Tablet Ceexime two times a day, Wear supporting device for scrotum and loose inners Avoid sex and heavy weight lifting, Warm bath and pad application Hope this may help you
