Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Swelling In The Testicles Along With Frequent Urination?
Swollen testis (the right one) it is hard like something unlike the other one which is comparatively small and is soft. Initially I noticed pain while urinating with reddish discharge by the end with a frequent urge to urinate but it is always a drop or two. The right testis started paining from the second day. As I was afraid of this as it is happening for the 1st time I didn t go to the doctor but went to a chemist on hearing the situation he gave me 4 doses of an antibiotic and a pain killer and said not to worry. But now the testis is swollen which is hard solid to feel. Still the chemist says it happens and don t worry much. I think it is due to over masturbation this week or 10 days span but I may be wrong .. please guide me through to cure this without any complications. Thanks.
Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a surgeon. it can be a hydrocele. Also you have got some urine infections. get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser.
