Hello and thank you for the answer! Scrotal swelling can occur due to injury or an underlying medical condition. It may be caused by an accumulation of fluid, inflammation, or an abnormal growth within the scrotum.Painful swelling is a serious condition that requires emergency treatment. One of the main causes of painful scrotal swelling is testicular torsion, which causes a testicle in the scrotal sac to twist. This is a surgical emergency.Other conditions can also cause the testicle to swell like varicocele, orchitis hydrocele, hernia etc. I would suggest you to go see a Urologist, and do Scrotal Ultra Sound. Best regards!
