What Causes Swelling In The Wasp Sting Site?

Yes. My sister was stung by a wasp about 2 hours ago. The welp is swelling and it still stings her to her really bad. This is after putting peanut butter (I didn t have baking soda) and giving her benidryl I orally and putting it on topically. It hurts even when I blew on it to help dry the topical benidryl. What should I do?

Anyway give her Fexofenadine, Ibuprofen and Prednisone by mouth. Apply Lidocaine and Triple antibiotic Ointments on the area for relief from pain and also to avoid infection. Apply ice packs on the area for soothing effects.

She will be fine soon.
