What Causes Swelling In Vulva Along With Vaginal Itching And Spotting?

Hello, I am a 21 year old, I am sexually active however I have not had sex for about a week, I know that I do not have an STD because I have been tested and so has my husband and we are in a monogamous relationship. I am wondering why my vulva is swollen, I also have vaginal itching, along with slight blood when I wipe. I just noticed these symptoms in the last 24 hours. However, I also noticed an aching feeling on my lower left side of my abdominal cavity which comes and goes but is infrequent and also happens when I cough. Could this be a yeast infection possibly? But I was reading symptoms on the internet which I know is not the greatest thing to do, but search results came back about vaginal cancer. If you could ease my mind until I am able to get in to see my ob/gyn because I m trying not to jump to the worst conclusions. Help would be appreciated.
