Hello, As per my clinical experience, if the swelling of labia was just after the use of Silicone dildo that suggests the ill effect of the device. Though there can be cyst swelling, but that does not pop up just after the use of dildo, it is already existing and one must notice it before the use of dildo. Fungal infection would be too early to give infection of sudden onset after the dildo insertion. The most common possibility sounds to be improper use of new dildo, excess pressure over left labia side during penetration or while switching on the vibration mode causing venous congestion over that part followed by swelling.
