What Causes Swelling Of Eyes?

hello Dr. , my grandma has a pacemaker 9yrs from now she is 89y/o and i observe that her eyes swollen but i do cold compress so it will fade away it help but again the other day it swells, its coming back.. is this swelling need to pay attention or it is just normal?

Hi
I hope you are telling the swelling along the lower eye lids, the boggy swelling. It is nothing but an ageing problem.
By this age the orbital septum becomes week and hence orbital fat protrudes and appears as eye swelling.
Just reassurance. Ok.
