What Causes Swelling Of Lump On Left Side Of Perineum?

I have a lump on the left side of my body around the taint area. Sometimes it seems like it swells up and gets bigger but then it goes back down to the original size. It is sensitive to the touch and gets more sensitive after certain activities. I am an avid mountain biker and have recently stopped mountain biking because of this.

Hi there.

Lump near vaginal area could be due to Bartholin cyst.

Apply warm packs. Drink plenty of water. Consult a Gynaecologist for assessment and removal accordingly.
