What Causes Swelling Of Lymph Nodes While Suffering From Costochondritis?

Hi .i was diagnoised with costochondritis about 2 months ago after going into a and e with chest pains.my gp also sent me for a ct scan last Wednesday as I had a q wave in my 3rd lead when I had an ecg.the doctors at the hospital said my ecg was normal and im now just waiting for the results of the ct scan.my real worry at the moment is I think my lympth nodes in my chest ,groin and just starting today my the back of my knee are all swollen.my chest was so swollen it even made my shoulders swell up.im getting really getting alot of anxiety from all this.i will try to see a doctor again tomorrow.im just wondering will my ct scan show up the swollen lympth nodes and can costo cause all this swelling ?

Once vitamin D levels should be checked! Local heat application, avoid any provoking activities, NSAIDs use under prescription.
