What Causes Swelling Of Scrotum And Testis Leading To Pain And Frequent Urination?

I have a bubbly urine stream. I also have a hard lump on tip of my right testicle. About a month ago I ejaculated pus too, and my scrotum was swollen. My right testicle was swollen the size of a manderin orange. I believe my Prostate was swollen as well. it was hard to walk, and sit. It shot pains into my penis, and abdomin. II always felt like I just got kicked in the balls. my lymhp nodes were swollen as well in my abdomin. now I have no swelling but i have a weird feeling when i pee, and get bubbles that spirt out. Sometimes when I sit I get a sharp pain. I constantly have to pee. Sometimes it feels like I have to pee a gallon ,and then I only pee a tespoon. I am an alcoholic and drink a pint of vodka a day with mixer, and have been for 10 years or more. I am a heavy smoker too. I also lost over 60 pounds in the last 6 months. From 190 or so to 130. Im skin and bones. I have very little energy, and get tired fast. I am 50 Years old. I have no health ins. and not money for Dr.sor medicines. Im in active chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
