General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, orchitis due to mumps may cause irreversible damage and antiviral therapy as soon as possible with supportive measures may help to save the damage.

You need urgent review of infectious disease specialist as well as a urologist review. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
