my hands and fingers began tingling. I looked down and the veins in my lower arms, wrists, and hands were all swollen. when I lift my arms up over my head the swelling goes down, but as soon as I place them down the swell again. What can be going on?
this could be due to problem in the venous return of the upper limb as the neck may affect the flow..you need some x rays and venous duplex to know if it is venous thoracic outlet syndrome or nor
