What Causes Swelling On Penis?
Hello..the whole around my penis is swollen on one half and I had no sex and it doesn t hurt.....when I was in school my underweAR rubber my head and also some of the in side of my penis a little bit....could that mean irritation?? But hours after I was taking a shower and it wasn t their then after it was... what is this?!?!?

Yes, it is possible that it is related to irritation or inflammation of the area. The use of anti inflammatory medication and cold compress may help. Eg: of anti inflammatory medication - cataflam, naproxen, ibuprofen. The cold compress can be applied.
