What Causes Swelling On Right Side Of Face Radiating Towards Neck?
Hi. I have a patient that has dwelling on her right side of the face. Goes down to her neck. Her daughter says she feels discomfort. I recommended ER and pts daughter refuses. She has a pace maker, hypothyroidism and HTN. Any ideas? I m seeing her tomorrow

This needs evaluation. The swelling mag be related to some blocked vessel, like vena cava. In view of his significant history of heart disease this need evaluation and must be referred for assessment.
