puffy face, no menstral period since july, rash, toes started tingling progressed to sharp pain and cramping in both feet with burning feeling, toe nails have not grown since july but finger nails have, hair starting to fall out, low vitamin D & B12, lost of 40 lbs since july, buffalo hump on back of neck
