I'm a 19-year-old boy. I have a localised swell located at the mid of my penis. It has been giving me a lot of pain and now i've noticed it's bleeding and have pus discharges. I am also sexually active with only one partner. Is it a sexually transmitted disease? What are the kind of treatments available to cure it?
