Hello I am worried about my boyfriend his eyelids and underneath his eyes are swollen under both of his eyes. They are red dry and flakey. Neosporin burns when I put it on with a q tip and he persists to itch his eyes even when I tell him to stop. They have been like this for about 25 days now and they are getting worse. Please help me understand what could possibly be wrong with his eyes and what will happen if he continues to neglect physician help.
