What Causes Swelling Under The Penis Head After Intercourse?

Hi, just under my penis head it swells after I have intercourse. This has been happening for the past few month. The swelling goes down after a day but the area becomes dry and I see cracking in the skin. There is also a small bump just under my penis head that takes some time to go down. Can anyone help me.

Based on your symptoms I advise you to retract your foreskin and clean it regularly. You might be having phimosis. Clean it with sterile cotton using distilled water if the swelling doesn't subside then consult your doctor for proper diagnosis
