What Causes Swelling Under The Right Breast After Taking Naproxen?
I was diagnosed with costochondritis and the medicine that they gave me was naproxen but the medicine isn t working and it feels like the medicine made it worse and I still have bad swelling under my right breast. Could I have been diagnosed wrong? They didn t do any test on me they just guessed what I have.

Naproxen is an anti-inflammatory drug and given to treat any inflammation if present. So for costochondritis, it is right drug.
But as you are not improving, a further work up needed in form of x-ray or Ultrasonography (USG) investigation whichever suitable.
According to reports and examination, then further management plan is decided.
