Hello,
Sorry to know that you are a
meth user, you are suggested to join a detox center and successfully quit it. Painful intercourse is not related to the addiction, however since it is hurting behind your
cervix and bowel area, it is indicative of inflammation or swelling. You can take
Combiflam or
Naproxen, one SOS after food to ease discomfort. Take care of your hygiene and do not douche, avoid intercourse for a couple of days. Take rest and quality sleep. It should get reduced. Such symptoms arise when you get hurt due to rough intercourse or get infected due to use of hard sex toys in the vagina or anus.
You are suggested to stop using any of such things that may hurt you. Stay well hydrated. To stay on the safer side, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist to rule out any internal trauma,
injury, polyp,
cyst, etc. Your treating gynecologist may suggest you to get Pap test (
cervical screening test) and STD tests done so that pathology can be detected & treatment started at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
