sir i found my pennis foresin at the tip got swollen or bulged after mastrubating am not feeling any pain or sensation of hurt there...for reference am attaching some pics...please let me know what i had to do......

sir i stayed in uk for 2 years and came back 6 months ago...when i was in uk i got pennis infectiona and my doctor prescribed me CANESTEN HC CREAM...i used it and the cream is over...even now adays am getting that infection on my pennis sometimes..is this cream available in INDIA...?? or else please prescribe me some other....
