What Causes Swollen Area At The Top Of Bottom

I am a 26 year African American female. I have a swollen area at the top of my bottom. It is not red or hot. 3 years age received antibiotics and it drained, but it never when all the way down. Now every time I exercise it swells up and hurts for days. If I stop working out it will stop hurting after a few days, but if a begin an exercise program it swells again. What could it be and what treatment may be needed.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that because of the uneven compression it might be soft tissue inflammation it could be treated with the nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug, if the symptoms does not improve then clinical examination would be necessary, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
