What Causes Swollen Area In Middle And Outer Armpit?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Multiple red swellings in the outer and middle part of armpits can be due to recurrence of abscess or they can be due to enlargement of multiple lymph nodes.
Further treatment can be started once the nature of these lesions is determined.
I suggest you to get an aspiration cytology of the swellings.
In aspiration cytology, cells are aspirated from the swelling using a fine needle.
The cells are spread on a slide and stained with appropriate stains.
The stained cells are studied to determine the nature and character of the lesions.
Thus, consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, aspiration and thus management.

I have gone through your case and as your physician I totally understand your health concerns....
It would be very appropriate if you tell us about your age and sex ad it helps in diagnosis...
In my opinion you have got infection as a result of which you have got enlarged draining lymph nodes in axilla....it is fairly normal an enlargement of draining lymph nodes...stop worrying about it.
Meanwhile continue with the antibiotics which have been prescribed to you and also use Acetaminophen to relieve pain...it will settle in a week time...
