What Causes Swollen Breast?
Hi! I am a male, age 63yrs, race black. I awoke this afternoon with a swollen right breast. There appears to be no insect bite. There is no pain, no redness, no heat. Just can not figure out what is going on. Please help. Do I need to go to the ER? Thanks in advance.

Your symptoms suggests sudden increase in breast size which could be because of any blunt trauma which you are not aware of. If there is no pain then just relax and wait, if there is any hematoma because of injury it will resolve by itself.
