What Causes Swollen Bump On Leg And Breathing Difficulty?

Just yesterday a red big bump on my leg appeared and it looks swollen but its very stingy and it gives me discomfrot when i walk. also another problem i have is blockage of breathing like out of nowhere i tend to have a hard time do you think that would be tied to my anemia or gaining weight, not eating right? not enough water because i barley drink water

Difficult in breathing can be related to anemia, but not leg bump.This two symptoms combinedly worry me about blood clot in leg that has cause lung embolism.Please get this evaluated sooner.Seeing a GP to assess seriousness of this would be wise decision.Regards.
