Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from-FBSS(Failed Back Surgery Syndrome) with DVT(Deep Vein Thrombosis) causing swollen calves.
Surgical and infective stress-causes stomach pains also.
I would suggest you to go for-Warfarin treatment / with limb mobilisation under expert doctor and keep INR in normal limits.
PPI with D-like Pantoprazole with Domperidone- to treat stress and drug induced gastritis.
Wound care/high protein bland diet /MultiVitamins/Vit D with Calcium and Magnesium supplements would resolve the case soon.
Team effort by orthopedic/Physician/GI specialist would resolve the health issues soon.
Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
