What Causes Swollen Clitoral Hood?

Hi, my clitorus and hood are swollen. I had a light period that lasted about 5 days and ended five days ago, right after that I had a uti that lasted one day and yesterday had like a pinkish and white thick discharge that I still have today but is going away. It had a smell to it but not bad just different. I did have light cramps also lower back pain. My clitorus didn t become swollen till after the uti and is still swollen. Feels like someone hit me hard there. I feel like a thick vien that is from the top part of my hood to my clitorus. What could this be?

Its your Physician to help you out. I have read your querry very carefully & in detail. I have a years long experience to treat such patients successfully and I want to reassure you that there is nothing to worry.
The symptoms you are observing are all due to the infection which will go away in a few days. Nothing needed to worry. Take some anti-inflammatory medicine for 5days. Your UTI I hope thats well treated and subsided. This swelling sometimes is normal after periods even without Infection and is considered due to hormonal influence. So dont worry and wait. If painful take Ibuprofen400mg 3times daily for 3days.
