Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query. It is most likely urethritis due to lower urinary tract infection or irritation due to some chemicals like soap or detergents. You can do a routine urine analysis to rule out the infection. In case of infection antibiotics might be required if moderate to severe. If mild then urine alkalizing agents like sodium citrate and taking more water will be helpful. Taking cranberry juice or barley water is also good. Urinary anti spasmodics like flavoxate will be helpful in relieving pain sensation also.
If it is not infection then it can be due to irritation by soaps or detergents . In such case warm saline wash and applying creams with hydrocortisone will help. Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
