What Causes Swollen Clitoris And Urge Incontinence?

my clitoris is swollen and I have an urgency to pee. I am on the 2nd day of my menstrual cycle. I am 53 and have NOT had peri menopause or menopause yet - my doctor says it s strange but I m not near it yet. A week ago Sunday I had some heavy petting with a boyfriend but no sexual intercourse. Is this a UTI?

it can be UTI.. better go urine routine n culture.. as their may be underlying infection.. or u can apply sialoderm midi or quadriderm ointment on affected area..
