What Causes Swollen Eyes Followed By Yellow Discharge?
Hello. Yesterday after work, my eyes were a little pink with unusual yellow discharge, more than normal. I was extremely fatigued and my eyes got worse, this morning they are very swollen, not so much discharge but my throat feels swollen too.... Why is this :(

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having muco-purulant conjunctivitis producing reg eye and yellow discharge.
This infection might have spread in your respiratory tract .
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Put antibiotic eye drops 2-3 hourly after proper cleaning the eyes with plane water.
Ok and take care.
