Hi,
Noted your history of PCOS and taking treatment for getting pregnant, negative
pregnancy but now there is swelling of feet and ankles, sensitive nipples.
Since you are being treated for PCOS and for
infertility, you must have received
hormonal preparations. Hormones cause lots of changes in body including water retention, hormonal imbalances, change of psychological status and so on.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Gynecologist again and more importantly the
Endocrinologist to get a clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations so that a proper diagnosis of the present effects and its relationship with the reports can help him to adjust your dose or start on differently to give you positive results.
Reduce salt intake.
Avoid stress and
anxiety as these directly affect the hormonal balance.
Get fresh investigations whenever asked so as the requirements in females change frequently.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
