What Causes Swollen Glands Under The Foreskin Post Application Of Germolene?
Hi my boyfriend and i have recently got rid of thrush. After having sex today we realised that there was a tear in the side of his foreskin (not sure if it was still due to thrush) I put germolene on it and 15 mins later the glands under the foreskin have swollen up to 5 times its normal size.. What could have caused this. And how do we treat it now.

Grmolene cream is antiseptic cream so it has no this type of side effec.
The problem he is having might be due to producing infection, induration and cellulitis due to tear.
He might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days to clear infection.
