What Causes Swollen In Scrotal Sac Seam For A Baby Child?
Hi my 15month old son was teething and had a diaper rash,after days of desitin and ointments,the rash cleared up but his scrotal sac seam is now swollen.what is this all about?and what do I need to do to help him? He hares for me to wipe him when I change his pamper.

This is probably eczema of scrotal skin with infection and inflammation. you should use an emolient, coconut oil, locally cream that containd zinc oxide and orally zinc
