What Causes Swollen Inguinal Lymph Node After Having Flu Shot?

Had flu shot 2weeks ago after had 103 fever now inguinal lymph noe swollen since two weeks and now another one growing went for cats an they said unclear and ultrasound indicated lymph I'm on amoxicilon and I get very tired not sure what's going on???
