What Causes Swollen Intra-mammary Lymph Nodes?
I did not know I had a swallon intramammary lymph node until they did an ultra sound and smashed that paddle under my arm pit then I could feel something and then it was sore for a while. I am so see a breast surgeon next week I guess to see what they decided to do

Normal intramammary lymph nodes may appear or enlarge in the breast as a reaction to inflammatory conditions of the skin but also as a reaction to metastatic involvement.
So,an evaluation by a breast surgeon I needed.
In most of the cases the lymph nodes can be removed by surgery.
